"I'm a frequent business traveler - over 60% of the time -so I get to see a lot of hotels. What I like about your hotel was that I didn't have to pay for all the extras, like Internet and phone calls. The room was great and the staff was super nice."

"I found the Hawthorn Inn & Suites on the internet for $89/night, free breakfast and free internet...... and booked it. The next day, I checked in early (12 PM) with no problem and the clerk was great. The room was nice, clean, cozy and well lit with a fridge, microwave, a coffee maker, a nice TV, and a fast, free Internet connection. The next morning, I went down for my advertised hot free breakfast expecting to find the usual toaster bread and some packs of oatmeal. To my surprise, there were eggs, sausage, and potatoes along with some awesome raisin bread for toasting - a very nice spread. I was happy to find this great, comfortable hotel for such a good price. The next time I come to Napa to work or do some wine tasting, I will surely stay here."
