We got there at ...

We got there at 3:05 and they said our room wasn’t ready if we can wait 15 minutes or so, it was really annoying because check in is at 3 and we had just been in the car for hours. Thankfully the girl in the front desk was really nice and got us in a room before the 15 minute wait. Rooms do look a lot better than last year and cleaner👍 the lady w dark hair on Monday morning was not polite and slightly rude.

A 3 story hotel ...

A 3 story hotel with doors facing the outside. Decent for the price and location, the spa in the room works well. Wall unit heating/ac, it's quiet and close to downtown Napa. There is plenty of parking, no charge. Hot breakfast in the mornings.

We stayed in Napa ...

We stayed in Napa to go to Napa Valley, in which this hotel is not far from there. It is approximately 25 minutes from Napa Valley. One of the perks of this hotel is its continental breakfast, it was really more than just cereal and fruit, there was bacon, eggs, etc.. We really enjoyed it and not just because it was free. Quiet, clean, friendly service, ...

Quiet, clean, friendly service, good hot breakfast and atmosphere, nice friendly town, good shopping. They could use some new beds hard on the back. Pool relaxing but small
