Clean,good value and location

Parking was rough as far as getting in and out of the driveway. Most of the desk staff was friendly and courteous. Housekeeping was very friendly and our rooms were cleaned very well. There is an indoor pool and hot tub. The prices are good for Napa. The general manager was outstanding and was one desk assistant, Jillian. She went way beyond her job requirements for all guests to remember a great stay here. 5 🌟 for Jillian.

Front desk was friendly and professional. Checked in and all 3 trash cans doesn't have plastic bags. called front desk and was told she'd send someone over and nothing. Heard house keeping pushing laundry bin passed our room and stopped to ask for bags and put it on myself. Also stayed on the 2nd floor and the floor is really thin and you can hear everything all hours. After checked out, and left the room key in the room we used the pool bathroom since we parked by the elevator. Some random weirdo at the pool followed my wife and took pictures of our car as we're backing out. They need to have better security.
