There is no turnover. ...

There is no turnover. You will not have someone give you fresh towels or soap. You have to ask for this on your own whenever you need it. The pool is cold and the spa smells a little harsh of chemicals. Staff is nice tho.

Location of the hotel ...

Location of the hotel was great - close enough to downtown Napa and easy to get in and out of. Found the best deal in town with AAA discount, but the carpet was filthy. Walked around the room without shoes and the bottom of our feet were black. Found small bobby pins left by someone else on the floor which obviously indicated the floor had not been vacuumed. The carpet needs to be deep cleaned. Also the refrigerator in the room constantly made noise all night keeping us awake.
