I love Napa Valley ...

I love Napa Valley , I am born and raised here . I have been in the Tourism business most of my life 20years . This hotel has nice rooms . Front desk in my opinion , unprofessional sales team !!! I would compare the Front Desk sales team to a motel 6 in vallejo. Marketing your Rewards program is a joke. I was asked to join , front desk enrolled me . However neglected to inform me of my security question. After my multiple night stay. I later attempted to Log in to wyndham rewards program . Because of not knowing the answer , Frustration, Is this really happening. It took a lot of personal hours during a two week period to resolve this rewards program Hawthorne endorses. The service team great , rooms where clean , parking lot clean , Fresh Crisp Towels , Beds are up to date .The rewards program for wyndham is in my opinion false advertising . I had accumulated 17,680 points from wyndham . I go to redeem the points for a free night stay . I book this hotel travelodge because it says travelodge Vallejo/Napa valley . Then it sends me a email with a different name of the hotel . Napa is losing business because this Franchise is adding Napa valley to vallejo or fairfield . The travelodge in vallejo is NOT NAPA VALLEY. I had to cancel my reservation . I drove to this location . And the on site location would not answer my call or wyndham reservation phone reps . I had to cancel on line . And of course the hotel took my rewards points and did not return them . Wyndham is wrong for miss leading people . Matthew Howle The Best chauffer in this valley.

Although everything went good ...

Although everything went good as we were there, the quality of this hotel is quite low. AC is loud. Furniture out of time. Beds were ok. Breakfast is a joke!

Good basic motel with ...

Good basic motel with reasonable prices. Problem at check-in; I was to stay for 5 days but gave me key cards that expired the next day. Had to go to the front desk to get new keys. On the last day the area around the microwave was overrun with tiny ants. The response of the hotel was to give a can of ant spray.
