Average motel-like experience, standard ...

Average motel-like experience, standard rooms (though large enough) with bathtub and all necessities, very basic quality breakfast with paper plates, cheap plastic utensils, nothing special. Rooms are bearably clean

Nice place. It is ...

Nice place. It is advertised as a hotel, however it's actually a Motel. Deception. But, the room was nice. Didn't like being exposed to the elements. Prefer Hotels.

Nice hotel for the ...

Nice hotel for the rate. Clean, well appointed and comfortable rooms. No smells and pet free for those with allergies. Nothing fancy but all you need and in great Napa location. Hot breakfast was okay for free. Good coffee. Unsecured wifi, so we did not use it. We would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay ...

I enjoyed my stay at the Hawthorne suites. Everything was clean and stocked. Lovely free breakfast was provided. I was disappointed to see that the front desk empoyees were using the handicap parking by the front desk for thier own personal vehicle. That should be reserved for your handicap guest!
