We had a mixed ...

We had a mixed stay at Hawthorn Suites Napa Valley. The rooms were excellent and breakfast was great, highlighted by Maria’s outstanding hospitality. However, our check-in process was one of the worst we have experienced. The lady working the front desk shift at 9:30 PM on May 7th was cold, detached, and unwelcoming. First impressions are critical, and her lack of service was highly disappointing. Thankfully, Maria’s genuine warmth redeemed our experience

A bit noisy directly ...

A bit noisy directly on a busy road. But the room was pretty sound proof and we kept the fan on as white noise which was perfect.
