Ignore negative reviews--did these people expect a Fairmont? Heres the scoop: the place is a good deal for the price. I pricelined a room here for $85 a night, much cheaper than anywhere else. Is it in between car dealerships? Yes, but who cares. Is it a little noisy? Not if you ask for a room toward the back like I did. They have a fridge, microwave, and sofa in the room (the Fairmont I just stayed at didnt have any of those things because they want you to pay for everything). Overall, a nice, clean room at a great price.

I accidentally sent my amazon packages to the hotel after my departure, like people do, and when I called about the packages I was greeted politely, professionally and my problem was solved. A convenient stay in Napa for easy access as well. Recommend for the friendliness of the staff alone.

The rooms were very clean, lots of towels, has a fridge, and microwave as well. It is near the fwy so you can hear traffic. That wasn’t a problem for us because we’re deep sleepers. You can hear your upstairs neighbors walking and if they have kids jumping til late night you’ll be hearing those thumps too. We did call the reception to let them know and they seemed to call the other guests and the noise quieted down. We did have a microwave that didn’t work but we just wanted hot water for tea before bed so the reception gave us 4 cups of hot water so that was promptly solved. The elevators weren’t working so if you’re disabled please call before booking and make sure they have elevators that are in order and not out of order. Over all, reception had amazing customer service. They were kind, eager to help and had a great genuine attitude. I do commend them on great employees! I’d stay again just because the customer service was so great! Thanks!

Very clean, just perfect for our girl’s trip. A group of friends came to bring our dear friend to visit the wineries he was the winemaker and visit his gravesite. RIP Craig.
