• Does the golf club offer lessons?

  You can definitely take lessons at Silverado Resort. They’re provided by LPGA "Class A" Teaching Professional Tara Fox, who has been giving lessons since 1996. The first woman to have this position at Silverado, Tara welcomes both male and female golfers of all ages and skill levels. Along with the mechanics of the golf swing, she spends a lot of time focusing on the game's all-important mental aspect.

• are there weekly golf activities?

  Every Monday through Friday at noon at Silverado Resort is the 50-minute Daily Clinic. Monday covers full swings, Tuesday is for pitching and sand trap shots, Wednesday is also a full swing session, Thursday is all about chipping and putting, and Friday is another full swing clinic. An equally popular daily activity is the 3-hour Executive Women’s Golf Clinic, which offers a great introduction to the game.
